Personal data we collect
Voucher redemption requests include your name, email, voucher details, and any notes you submit. If you upload a voucher image, we store that image in our storage bucket.
We also store push notification subscription data (endpoint and keys) so we can send alerts.
How we use your data
We use voucher data to contact you about your request and arrange bookings. We use push subscription data to send notifications you opt into.
We do not sell your data.
Retention and deletion
Voucher requests are kept for up to 18 months to manage bookings and support queries, then removed. Push subscriptions are kept until you opt out or they stop working.
Email sales@sixtownsgin.co.uk to request deletion or access to your data. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Cookies and local storage
We use localStorage to keep your cart in the shop and to remember notification status prompts. We don’t use sessionStorage.
Security
Access to admin data is restricted to authorized staff. Data is stored in our hosting environment and Supabase storage.
